Third-Party Services & Data Processing
HypnoPilot is committed to maintaining a secure, reliable, and privacy-focused platform for hypnotherapists and their clients. To deliver core functionality at scale, certain infrastructure, automation, communication, and security components are supported by carefully selected third-party service providers (“providers”).
HypnoPilot is the user-facing platform, brand, and service provider. It is designed, configured, and optimised specifically for hypnotherapy professionals. While users interact exclusively with HypnoPilot, some underlying technical services are securely operated by trusted providers that support platform functionality and performance in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Platform Infrastructure & Data Processing
Customer relationship management (CRM), automation workflows, messaging, and communication features within HypnoPilot are supported by one or more specialised infrastructure providers acting as data processors under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. These providers process personal data solely on HypnoPilot’s documented instructions and do not independently control, market to, or establish a direct relationship with HypnoPilot users.
In connection with these services, such providers may rely on additional cloud and infrastructure service providers to support hosting, data storage, system availability, and technical operations. These downstream providers act as sub-processors and are contractually bound to appropriate data protection and security obligations.
Website hosting, performance optimisation, and security services for websites created and managed through HypnoPilot are supported by enterprise-grade infrastructure providers specialising in global content delivery, threat mitigation, and secure data transmission. This ensures fast load times, high availability, and protection against unauthorised access or malicious activity.
Data Protection & Compliance
All providers engaged by HypnoPilot are evaluated for their security practices, contractual safeguards, and regulatory compliance. Where required, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place to ensure that:
• Personal data is processed only for authorised and documented purposes
• Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are applied
• Data confidentiality, integrity, and availability are maintained
• Obligations under applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, are supported
HypnoPilot does not sell personal data and does not permit providers to use personal data for their own marketing or unrelated purposes.
Provider Policies & Agreements
By using HypnoPilot, users acknowledge that certain data processing activities are performed by approved third-party providers and agree to the applicable policies governing those services.
For transparency, HypnoPilot currently utilises the following providers in connection with specific platform functionality:

As part of its service delivery, the data processor may engage additional cloud and infrastructure sub-processors to support data hosting, storage, and system operations.

Protection Against Spam and Abuse
To protect our forms from spam and abuse, HypnoPilot uses Google reCAPTCHA v3. This technology is implemented through our service provider and helps us verify that form submissions are made by real people. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
