No, we do not charge per client or team member because that adds up fast. Our pricing is designed with your best interest in mind—fair, affordable, and simple. While our Autopilot Plan offers unlimited contacts and team members, our Professional Plan is designed for part-time hypnotherapists or those just starting out, including up to 500 contacts.
Your privacy matters to us—HypnoPilot is built with strong data protection in mind. Our services comply with GDPR, and your data is securely stored with AES-256 encryption. We use trusted hosting providers, AWS and Google Cloud.
There’s no long-term commitment when paying monthly. You can cancel anytime on a monthly basis within your account settings. Once you're confident HypnoPilot is the right fit, switch to a yearly plan and save 20%.
You can securely export your client information before closing your account. If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain inactive for 60 days, giving you the option to reactivate it during that time. After 60 days, your account and all associated client data will be permanently deleted. Immediate account deletion available upon request.
